Come enjoy some tasty stretches, upper body and core strengtheners, plus a tranquil relaxation session to finish. These classes will take place all throughout the serene landscapes of Moore Farms Botanical Garden. Designed for all levels – from beginners to very experienced – this class focuses on the “yin” aspect of yoga to target connective tissues in addition to simply stretching muscles.
Join us on the last Monday of each month from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm for a zen experience in the garden. Please bring water, yoga mat and towel to each class. Classes will take place outdoors so please dress accordingly. IN case of inclement weather, classes will be held indoors.
