Here at Moore Farms Botanical Garden we want to empower young chefs to grow in their knowledge of the culinary arts and self-confidence. Each day of culinary camp is filled with fun, hands-on adventures as we build upon new culinary skills and techniques. Fruits and vegetables harvested in our vegetable garden will be incorporated into the dishes made during camp and participants will be able to experiment with herbs and other ingredients. To show off what they have learned, the chefs will plan and prepare a meal to be served to their families on the last day of camp.
