Carnivorous bogs are some of the most fascinating and beautiful environments in our natural landscapes. Robby Davidson, MFBG native plant guru, will teach you everything you need to know about bogs and how to build a successful one at home. Each participant will create and take home their own mini bog garden–a special planter filled with carnivorous plants and other bog beauties.
Join us on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 9:30 AM until 12 PM for this entertaining and informative day in the garden. Class registration is limited to the first 20 participants, so register quickly!
All material for creating a bog planter will be supplied, including soil, plants, containers and care instructions. Don’t forget to wear appropriate gardening attire and bring gloves if possible. If you have any special needs for the class, please let us know.
